Forum_defunct

There seems to be a problem with the signup process. It’s probably an issue created by the plugin that administers the WordPress forum. I will check if I can fix this. If not, I will install a different forum plugin. Stay tuned!

Sorry about the delay!

Basic SWR Questions

Thanks for this very helpful work.  Its has been very affirming, especially when I am tempted to look at LinkedIn :).

Jan 1 this year I started implementing the data on your google sheets. I plan on "re-retiring" quarterly, going back to the spreadsheet and then transfer the monthly withdrawal rate (times three) to our bank account and that will serve as the budget and consumption rate— after a year or more, to account for annual expenses, we should see how we match. I anticipate we will have plenty of cushion.

I am a spreadsheet novice, and there may be others in my boat. I am hoping there is someone who knows an easy fix.

Each quarter I wanted to update our specific info on the parameter and cash flow assist sheets, as if I were "re-retiring."  Ive tired several options, initially hoping all I would need to do is delete the corresponding rows (rows 11-13 to start with — but this also deletes info from columns O and beyond), or change the date in column B (but that pushes the info entered into the cash flow columns three months later).  Does anyone know a simple fix, or do I need to cut and paste the info up three months and restart the date correspondingly?
